  • Ross County maintained their impressive start to life in the Scottish Premier League with a hard fought victory at home to Aberdeen. The Dons made the trip North looking to increase their unbeaten run to eleven matches, in this the first ever SPL meeting between the side’s at the Global Energy Stadium.

  • Last Appearance - Hamilton 2 - 2 Ross County

County came from two goals down to salvage a well-earned point at New Douglas Park, and in the process consigning Hamilton Academical to their 10th consecutive match without a win. Jason Scotland tapped home from a corner and Dougie Imrie rifled home a shot home to give Accies what looked like a comfortable lead. However, back came the visitors, and a superb Craig Curran header pulled one back for County before the break, and a well-taken strike from Michael Gardyne levelled the score with eighteen minutes remaining. That effort was the striker’s 50th career goal for the staggies.
